By accessing our platform or confirming a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following policies. These terms remain in effect for all current and future bookings until officially updated.

1. Pricing and Service Descriptions

All tour descriptions provided on this website serve as a general overview of the services offered. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prices are calculated per person.
Private experiences, including private boat charters and speedboat tours, are priced per vessel/group as clearly indicated in the booking details.

Stated prices include VAT but do not include personal expenses, gratuities, or entrance fees unless specifically mentioned. Itineraries and programs may be subject to minor adjustments due to weather conditions, safety protocols, or operational requirements.

2. Reservations and Payment Terms

Reservations may be initiated via WhatsApp, email, or our official contact forms. The individual making the booking must be at least 18 years of age. Upon confirmation, an electronic voucher will be issued.
Physical printed copies are not required; presenting the digital voucher on a mobile device is sufficient for boarding.

Payment Procedures: Depending on the specific service, payments may be collected via bank transfer in advance or by cash/credit card on the day of the activity.
Fethiye Tours maintains a transparent pricing policy with no hidden surcharges or undisclosed luggage fees.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email. The following refund schedule applies to all prepaid bookings:

72 Hours or More Prior to the Date of Service: Eligible for a 100% refund of the prepaid amount.
Within 72 Hours of the Date of Service: Non-refundable due to operational commitments including staff, fuel, and equipment allocation.

Note: Transaction fees, bank commissions, or currency conversion costs associated with international transfers are non-refundable.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

Fethiye Tours shall not be held responsible for delays or service cancellations resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, or government-mandated regulations.
In the event of a cancellation initiated by our agency, guests will be offered a date change, an alternative service, or a full refund.

Health & Participation: Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in any booked activity. Certain experiences may require compliance with operator safety rules,
age restrictions, or health declarations (for example, diving and paragliding). Participation may be refused if safety requirements are not met.

Operational Note: Guests are requested to be present at the designated pick-up location 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Minor delays may occur due to local traffic conditions.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All bookings, contracts, and services provided by Fethiye Tours are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Our agency operates under the full certification of TURSAB (License No: 6531).
