Please check them regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes made. If you do not accept our terms for any reason, we kindly ask you to leave. Visitors who wish to continue are deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions listed below.
PRICING
All information about the tours on our site provides a general overview of the activities included. Prices listed on fethiyetours.com are per person, except for private tours and speedboat tours. Prices do not include extras such as gratuities for tour guides and drivers, personal items, entrance fees, or any food or beverages not specifically listed. All prices include VAT. The tour price (if not fully prepaid), pick-up and drop-off times, tour program, and places to be visited are subject to change before the tour date.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
To make a reservation on our website, you can contact us via WhatsApp, e-mail, or our contact form. Our sales representative will get back to you as soon as possible. The person making the contact must be over 18 years old for the reservation to be valid. If your booking is confirmed, we will send you an online ticket or confirmation message via WhatsApp or e-mail. This online ticket, message, or e-mail will contain details such as the name and surname of the person making the reservation, tour type, date, pick-up point and time, and whether the cost has been paid. You do not need to print out your voucher. On the day of the tour, you can show it to the tour operator from your mobile phone if requested. Payments made prior to the tour can only be made by cash or bank transfer; payments on the day of the tour can be made in cash or by credit card, depending on the tour type. Fethiyetours.com reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
DISCLAIMERS
Fethiyetours.com and its collaborators do not accept responsibility for uncontrollable factors that may cause tour delays, interruptions, or cancellations, including epidemics, business disputes, government or military restrictions, war or terrorist incidents, unfavorable weather conditions, defects or malfunctions of transportation vehicles, accidents, or traffic congestion. In the event of any tour cancellation, we will inform you about this at least one day in advance. Depending on your preference, we will offer a date change, an alternative tour, or a full refund if payment has already been made. Except for these three options, Fethiyetours.com does not accept responsibility for changes or cancellations.
If there is a decrease or increase in the number of passengers who will participate in the tour, the client who made the booking must provide us with written notice at least 24 hours prior to the tour date. Otherwise, Fethiyetours.com does not accept responsibility for the financial loss that will occur due to the price difference.
Itineraries that include national parks and ancient cities may be altered by the tour operator for seasonal, safety, excavation, or roadwork reasons.
We kindly request our guests to be ready in the lobby or reception area at the pick-up time so that our driver can meet you easily. Pick-ups may be slightly delayed beyond our control due to traffic or delays caused by other passengers leaving their hotels. In that case, please feel free to contact us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation requests regarding tours that you have paid for in advance, it is mandatory to send us written notice via WhatsApp or e-mail. You will have the right to request a full refund without giving any reason only if you cancel up to 72 hours prior to the tour date. If you decide to cancel later, no refund will be provided. Extras such as transaction fees and bank commissions for tour payments made via international bank transfer will not be covered by Fethiyetours.com; only the tour fee will be refunded.
All matters regarding any booking are subject to Turkish laws.
