Please check them regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes made. If you do not accept our terms for any reason, we kindly ask you to leave. Visitors wishing to continue from this point are deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions listed below.
PRICING
All information about the tours on our site provides a general overview of the activities. Prices listed on fethiyetours.com are per person, except for private tours and speedboat tours. Prices do not include extras such as gratuities for tour directors and drivers, any items of a personal nature, entrance fees, and any beverages or food not specifically listed. All prices include VAT. The tour price (if not fully prepaid), pick-up time from your accommodation, drop-off time, tour program, and places to visit are subject to change before the tour date.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
To make a reservation on our website, you can contact us via WhatsApp, e-mail, or our contact form. Our sales representative will get back to you as soon as possible. The person contacting us must be over the age of 18 for the reservation to be valid. If your booking is confirmed, we will send you an online ticket or confirmation message via WhatsApp or e-mail. This online ticket, message, or e-mail will contain details such as the name and surname of the person making the reservation, tour type, date, pick-up point and time, and whether the cost has been paid. You do not need to print out your voucher. On the day of the tour, you can show it to the tour operator from your mobile phone if requested. Payments to be made on a date before the tour day can only be made by cash or bank transfer; on the other hand, payments to be made on the day of the tour can be made in cash or by credit card, depending on the tour type. Fethiyetours.com reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
DISCLAIMERS
Fethiyetours.com and its collaborators do not accept responsibility for uncontrollable factors that may cause tour delays, interruptions, or cancellations, such as epidemics, business disputes, government/military restrictions, war and/or terrorism incidents, unfavorable weather conditions, defects in the transportation vehicle or any malfunction, accident, and traffic congestion. In the event of any tour cancellation, we will inform you about this at least one day in advance. Depending on your preference, we will suggest a date change, an alternative tour, or provide a full refund if already paid. Except for these three options, Fethiyetours.com does not accept responsibility for changes or cancellations.
If there is a decrease or increase in the number of passengers who will participate in the tour, the client who made the booking must provide us with written notice at least 24 hours prior to the tour date. Otherwise, Fethiyetours.com does not accept responsibility for the financial loss that will occur due to the price difference.
Itineraries involving national parks and ancient cities may be removed from the route by the tour operator for seasonal and safety reasons, or due to excavation and road works.
We kindly request our guests to be ready in the lobby or reception area at the pick-up time so that our driver can meet you easily. Pick-ups may be delayed for a very short time beyond our control due to traffic congestion or the delay of other passengers leaving from their hotels. In that case, please feel free to contact us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellation requests regarding tours that you have paid for in advance, it is mandatory to send us written notice via WhatsApp or e-mail. You will have the right to request a full refund without giving any reason only if you cancel up to 72 hours prior to the tour date. If you decide to cancel later, no refund will be provided. Extras such as transaction fees and bank commissions for the return of tour payments made by bank transfer from abroad will not be covered by Fethiyetours.com; only the tour fee will be refunded.
All matters regarding any booking will be subject to Turkish laws.
