Who You Are Booking With

Fethiye Tours is a locally owned travel agency registered with TURSAB under Licence No. 6531. We book boat trips and day tours inland, working with a small group of captains and drivers we have known for years.

Our office is on the ground, five minutes from the harbour. When you book with us, you get a phone number that belongs to a person in this town, not a ticket reference.

If a trip is wrong for your group, we will tell you so and suggest something else, even if it costs less.

Changes on the day

Weather moves fast on this coast. If a pick-up time shifts or a route changes, you hear it from us first.

TURSAB Licence No. 6531, which you can check on TURSAB's official agency search. Every trip we sell runs with licensed operators.

How Booking Works

Tell us the trip, date and number of guests on WhatsApp. Payment is made before the tour, either by bank transfer or in cash to one of our representatives, who meets you in your hotel lobby. We do not take card payments.

After a bank transfer, your voucher arrives by WhatsApp or email; with cash, the representative hands it to you in person. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Questions We Can Help With

Most people message us before they book. The usual ones:

• Will a full day on a boat work with a three-year-old, or with my mother who does not swim?
• Would a boat trip or an inland excursion be better for our group?
• Is the sea rough this week?
• Which beach is quieter in August?

We answer these by looking out of the window and picking up the phone, not by reading a description back to you.

After You Book

We confirm your pick-up the day before and stay reachable while you are here. If something goes wrong at 08:00 on the morning of your trip, you are not filing a support ticket. You are messaging the person who booked it.
