Please check them regularly to make sure that you are aware of any changes made. If you don’t accept our terms for any reason, we kindly ask you to leave. Visitors wishing to continue from this point are deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions listed below.
PRICING
All information about the tours on our site provides the general content of the activities. Prices listed on fethiyetours.com are for each person, except for private tours and speedboat tour. Prices do not include extras such as gratuities to tour directors, drivers, any items of a personal nature, entrance fee and any beverage or food if not specifically listed. All prices include VAT. Tour price(if not fully pre-paid), pick-up time from your accommodation, drop off time, tour program and places to visit can be changed over time before the tour date.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
To make a reservation on our website, you can contact us via Whatsapp, e-mail or contact form. Our sales representative will get back to you as soon as possible. The person contacting us must be over the age of 18 for the reservation to be valid. If your booking is confirmed, we will send you an online ticket or confirmation message via whatsapp or e-mail. This online ticket, message or e-mail will contain details such as name and surname of the person making the reservation, tour type, date, pick up point and time and whether the cost has been paid. You do not need to print out your voucher. On the day of the tour, you can show it to the tour authority from your mobile phone if requested. Payments to be made on a date before the tour day can only be made by cash or bank transfer, on the other hand payments to be made on the day of the tour can be made in cash or by credit card depending on the tour type. Fethiyetours.com reserves the right to reject the booking request without giving any reason if considers it necessary.
DISCLAIMERS
Fethiyetours.com and its collaborators do not accept responsibility for uncontrollable factors that may cause tour delay, interruption or cancellation such as epidemics, business disputes, government restrictions, war and/or terrorism incidents, unfavorable weather conditions, defects in the transportation vehicle or any malfunction, accident and traffic congestion. In case of any tour cancellation, we will inform you about this at least 1 day in advance. Depending on your preference, we will suggest you date change, alternative tour or provide full refund if already paid. Except these three terms, Fethiyetours.com does not accept responsibility for changes or cancellations.
If there will be a decrease or increase in the number of passengers who will participate in the tour, the client, who made the booking has to provide us written notice until 24 hours prior to the tour date. Otherwise, Fethiyetours.com does not accept responsibility for the financal loss that will occur due to the price difference.
Itineraries such as national parks and ancient cities might be removed from the route by the tour operator for seasonal and safety reasons or excavation and road works.
We kindly request our guests to be ready in lobby or reception area at pick up time, so our driver can meet you easily. Pick-ups may be delayed for a very short time beyond our control because of traffic congestion or the delay of the other passengers leaving from their hotels. In that case please feel free to contact us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For your cancellation requests about tours that you have paid for in advance, it is mandatory to send us a written notice via whatsapp or e-mail. You will have the right to request full refund without giving any reason only if you cancel up to 72 hours prior to the tour date. If you decide to cancel later, no refund will be provided. Extras such as transaction fee and bank commission for the return of tour payments made by bank transfer from abroad will not be covered by Fethiyetours.com, only the fee of the tour will be refunded.
All matters regarding any booking will be subject to Turkish laws.
