These Terms and Conditions explain how bookings made through www.fethiyetours.com are handled. By using our website or confirming a reservation, you agree to the terms set out below.

• Prices are generally quoted per person, unless a service is clearly marked as Private.
• Bookings are confirmed once an electronic or physical voucher has been issued.
• Prepaid bookings cancelled 72 hours or more before departure are eligible for a refund, less transaction fees where applicable.

1. Pricing and Service Descriptions

All tour and service descriptions on this website are provided as a general guide. Prices are stated per person unless a service is specifically described as Private, in which case pricing applies per vessel or per group.

Unless stated otherwise, published prices include VAT. Personal expenses, optional extras and entrance fees are not included unless they are clearly listed in the relevant service description.

2. Reservations and Payment Terms

All booking requests are subject to availability and final confirmation by Fethiye Tours.
Fethiye Tours reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion,
without being required to provide a reason. No booking shall be considered confirmed until
an electronic voucher has been issued by Fethiye Tours.

Guests do not need to print this voucher; a digital copy presented on a mobile device is sufficient.
If any payment has already been received for a booking request that is not accepted, the amount paid will be refunded.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. For prepaid bookings, the following refund policy applies:

• 72 hours or more before departure: eligible for a 100% refund, less bank or transaction fees where applicable.
• Within 72 hours of departure: non-refundable due to pre-allocated operational costs and supplier commitments.

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Liability and Force Majeure

Fethiye Tours shall not be held liable for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, sudden government restrictions or public health emergencies.

Where a tour or service is cancelled by our agency for operational or safety reasons, guests will be offered either a full refund or, where appropriate, the option to reschedule to an alternative date.

5. Governing Law

These services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Fethiye Tours operates as a licensed local travel agency and is a registered member of TURSAB under Licence No: 6531.
